Founder of Blackant Consulting & RTWell, Melissa Farah

“Returning to work after parental leave has been the biggest challenge of my career. Torn between advancing my career and being a full-time mum, I constantly felt guilt and conflict about my roles at home and work.

I realised that most women struggle to return to work after becoming mothers. To address this, we spent two years designing the ideal corporate program every working parent needs when embarking in the transformative journey of parental leave and working parenthood.

Our goal is that RTWell empowers future working parents to take parental leave with confidence, feeling supported by their employer, knowing their return-to-work journey will be expertly managed at no additional cost to them.”
